We are developing an uncompromising primary school product based on our 'Passivhaus to Zero Carbon' approach.
The Government aims to renew or refurbish half of all primary schools by 2023. We are well positioned to offer a tailored primary school solution utilising our substantial in-house public sector experience and our impressive partner network.
A dedicated Olive Green Primary Schools' website will be launched in due course.
- Carbon Neutral Office Park

Olive Green are in discussions with Swindon Borough Council to redevelop an industrial site in Swindon.
In an area that is under-utilised for employment we are proposing an ambitous office park that has the potential to be self-sufficient in terms of energy.
The development may consist of highly efficient new build offices, an environmentally friendly refurbishment of an existing Grade 2 listed building and an 850kW wind turbine.
Swindon have impressive low/zero carbon aspirations and we hope to be instrumental in helping to realise them.
- PassivHaus compliant design

Olive Green Developments are now in the running to be one of the first developers to build a certified PassivHaus in the UK.
The Building Research Establishment is the only organisation licensed to carry out the arduous certification process. They have modelled our Upper Basildon project and it has exceeded all of the stringent targets for insulation U-values and space heating demand.
Work on this exciting project is due to start in the new year.
